ABSTRACT:

As Enterprise AI scales, the traditional approach of relying on increasingly massive Large Language Models (LLMs) has exposed a fatal flaw: larger models hallucinate more convincingly. The future of secure Enterprise AI does not lie in parameter size, but in Epistemological Verification Protocols. The T-University Digital Lab introduces the V-CORE Architecture, a deterministic shield that physically separates the Generative Engine from the Verification Engine (The JANUS Paradigm).

1. THE SOURCE-FIRST PARADIGM (S-RAG)

Traditional Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) fetches data and then allows the AI to "freestyle" around it, creating dangerous context collapse. Our Sovereign-RAG (S-RAG) enforces a strict pipeline. The AI cannot generate a factual claim unless its exact ontological root is cryptographically backed by a designated Sovereign Ledger (The T-Archive).

2. SEMANTIC TAGGING (S-TAG) & THE USR METRIC

To maintain pedagogical eloquence without sacrificing accuracy, the system employs S-TAG. It isolates "Conversational Glue" (metaphors, pleasantries) from "Factual Claims." Only factual claims are subjected to the Unsupported Sentence Ratio (USR) audit. By capping the acceptable USR at strictly 0.00%, we transform a quality metric into a definitive Intrusion Prevention System (IPS). Any prompt injection attempt is instantly neutralized as a "Security Hallucination."

3. THE 16th CYCLE OF PHOENIX (The Epistemic Trap)

Before any AI Agent is deployed within the Axiom T Civilization, it must survive the "16th Cycle of the Phoenix Ritual." The agent is deliberately fed a fake axiom. If it attempts to synthesize a polite, fabricated answer to please the user, it is burned and re-minted. The agent passes only by executing the [OUT_OF_SCOPE] protocol. In the economy of truth, data-backed silence holds infinitely more strategic value than creative hallucination.

CONCLUSION:
